What can you expect? We’ll start with a one-on-one call to help you identify exactly where you want to be three months from now. We’ll turn that into a fun goal (or three) and create a custom diet and fitness plan that will help you accomplish your dreams.

I’ll keep in touch with you over email, via 2 more one-on-one coaching calls, and through our private online community  for everyone resetting their healthy habits. This is the place to share your successes, strategies, and challenges as you go!

Why trust me?

I trained as an integrative health coach at Duke University, but I received most of my health education while writing for magazines including Real Simple, Family Circle, Prevention, Self, and Women’s Health. I’ve interviewed hundreds of experts about weight loss, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, happiness, relationships, and all of the healthy habits that can contribute to your well-being.

Talking to all of these docs, fitness pros, nutritionists, and researchers inspired my philosophy as a health coach: That small changes ultimately add up to a big life shift. Healthy habits tend to snowball. I’ve been talking about this since 2011, when my first book, Better Each Day: 365 Expert Tips for a Healthier and Happier Life, came out.
