My phone-based coaching packages include:

  • Bootcamp: We’ll work together for 7 weeks at an accelerated rate. Week 1 includes a 60-minute introductory call and a 45-minute follow-up call. The remaining 6 weeks include 2 30- to 45-minute calls per week. Cost: $860.
  • Traditional: We’ll work together for 13 weeks, taking extra time to explore and implement change. Week 1 includes a 60-minute introductory call. The remaining 12 weeks include 1 30- to 45-minute call per week. Cost: $800.
  • Tapering: We’ll work together for 3 months over 8 sessions. Week 1 includes a 60-minute introductory call. Weeks 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 include 1 30- to 45-minute call per week. Cost: $550.
